Symptoms of colorectal diseases

At present it is a fact that the colon is affected much more frequently by malfunctions and diseases than the small intestine. Some diseases are accompanied by various and different symptoms so that the right diagnosis might take quite some time. Other intestinal diseases, for example intestinal cancer, often do not have noticeable symptoms. There are also situations which we consider being quite normal and therefore do not pay attention to, for example irregular bowel movements (e.g. constipation).
